I called Customer Service about my right hearing aid. In seven days, I got my replacement. I don’t know what number you called or were you outside of your warranty period.
I had a problem with my right Hearing Aid and I call Customer Services in seven days, they sent me another Hearing Aid. I still got the old one that I called about and they said dispose of it or just keep it.
Never received my hearing aids. Asked for refund and never received refund. Notify the credit card company. Received letter from credit card stating that Hue Hearing said I received hearing aid in Dec 3rd. This was two months after I received a empty package. Had gone to USPS with empty package. I was informed the mailing label was not theirs and it looked like a scam. I am out money, no hearing aids and a company that committed fraud.
The company is a scam. They take your money and you receive nothing not even a refund. FRAUD
I received the aids but my husband did not want them. I contacted Hue Hearing about a refund and received a label with which to mail them. I never received the refund although I emailed them a lot. No phone number on their site. I would never recommend this company and will actually have a consumer affairs reporter report it on TV.

The company is not a fraud but their product is possibly unsafe= the domes and design are not workable.
Unlike others, I did receive mine in 2022 although it took 2 months. When it appeared they weren’t working consistently, I WAS sent a replacement set within a month.
IN November 22, I gave up trying to adjust them as they were too difficult to adjust , batteries would not work after turning off . I abandoned use the night that I couldn’t hear in a restaurant but they tuned in in farm country.
SAFETY. / DOMES. About a month ago, I tried to insert and figure out which dome size worked. They were so malleable and soft that one got stuck in my ear which I thought I removed , causing discomfort for a few days.
A month later I attended a hearing test at Costco and explained I had tried these un successfully. The audio technician at Costco asked whether I had used them recently.
She then informed me that a DOME was stuck in my right ear. She and another technician showed me a visual of the eardrum WITH THE DOME in it. Luckily they were able to remove it and said LUCKILY no damage was done. ( I had been worried myself about pushing it down the ear canal. ) It should be noted I was having dental work and thought the pain was from a tooth removal.
I will say that Hue can be reached andtheCustimerService people were very polite doubt a year later I will get a refund but think this should be addressed.
